Photoshop CS5/CS6 and Quicktime Pro

Where do you get your pictures/videos to make gifs?

I get my pictures from soshified, google, and here on tumblr. It really depends. I get my videos from youtube, download them with saveyoutube and then convert them with Quicktime.
